Lee was a not only great Realtor, but a great guy. You can tell he wants the best for you and doesn't just see you as a dollar sign. He is always available to answer any question and ease any anxiety you have with the process. On top of, quite literally, being two of the most likeable people you will ever meet, they bring a wealth of industry knowledge to the table. The relationships and reputation they have earned over the years with other top agents in the area works to your advantage when it comes down to brass tacks.

I am a mortgage loan originator, so I’ve had the opportunity to hear dozens of their clients rave about them. More importantly, I’m a client myself. Lee and Justin have helped my wife and I buy and sell our homes over the years, and I have referred them to my closest family and friends. Those referrals constantly thank me for introducing them to Smith Top Team!

Absolutely amazing experience with Justin and Lee! They helped us through the entire selling and buying process. The advice they provided over the last few months has been top notch. Not only were we able to sell our house faster and for more than we ever thought possible, we were able to purchase a brand new house. I had the pleasure of running into Justin last year while looking for houses. I had a lot of requirements for my new house since I have a family member who is handicapped and bed bound and the house need to be accommodated for him as well. Justin guided me, taught me so much about houses and gave me a lot of ideas for my family member. He was really patient and thoughtful of our needs. When we finally found the house that fitted all of our need Justin and his Dad Lee help me with the appraisal the closing and a bunch of stuff that I wouldn’t be able to do by myself. They always treated me as a family, still do. I found a new family with the lee’s. Now they are going to help me sell my old house. I’m really thankful for all the help and guidance received by Justin and his dad. I’m really thankful also for all the help his whole team gave me. I wish them all the best in the world.
